Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Deposit: Any booking will require a deposit to secure a place, with the balance of course fees due as soon as you receive from us a date for your course/s. All deposits are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of The Building Skills Centre.
2. Bookings: All bookings are provisional until the deposit has been received.
3. Fees, cancellations and postponements: A confirmation of booking will be sent on receipt of a deposit. Bookings without a deposit will be considered provisional and will not secure a course booking. Deposits are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of The Building Skills Centre. Fees excluding deposits are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of The Building Skills Centre. If you are ill or have a family emergency where you cannot attend a course, you may recommence a course at a later date. (Provided we have received satisfactory proof). If a course is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to course commencement date, full course fees are payable.
4. Non Attendance: If you fail to attend you will be liable to any outstanding course and accommodation fees.
5. Reservations: These are non transferable unless previously agreed by The Building Skills Centre.
6. Course changes: The Building Skills Centre reserve the right to make amendments to the published program or adjust booking arrangements if necessary.
7. The Building Skills Centre: Will under no circumstances reimburse trainees for non-completion of a course/courses for whatever reason. However, under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion we can offer a new course date.
8. Liability: Any expressed or implied statement, condition of warranty statutory or otherwise, not stated herein is herby excluded and deemed to be inconsistent herewith. No responsibility is accepted by the seller for any damage or loss arising directly or indirectly from the course supplied.
9. Force Majeure: The acceptance of a booking may be revoked (in whole or part) or course dates postponed by us without liability in the event of any contingency beyond our control that does: or is in our opinion, likely to prevent, hinder, delay, interrupt or interfere with the fulfilment of the order or any part of it.
10. Clothing: You are required to bring overalls and work boots with you.
